    Observation: Potentially hazardous foods in walk-in such as dressings, cooked ribs, beans, whole cuts of cooked meats 45-52F. Ambient air temp of the cooler is 44F. Foods dated yesterday and several days prior to today.All prepared potentially hazardous foods are being discarded. All raw meats came from a refrigerated truck and are at the proper temp and will be put back into the truck. Repairman is already on site to repair unit
