    Observation: one toxic spray bottle was unlabeled. Product discarded.

    Observation: In bar do not store peroxide and rubbing alcohol over ice machine and do not store toxics over large bar glasses. Toxics were moved.

    Observation: Flavored butters 52F, 60F, and 65F all at room temp - they shall be 41F or below. Product was put away.

    Observation: In kitchen - water found in degreaser bottle and windex in sanitizer bottle - label toxics with their actual contents. Corrected - containers were discarded.
