Observation: most prepared foods not dated.

- Hand drying provided
Observation: paper towels must be used at all handsinks. use of common towels is not permitted.
- equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
Observation: ice bin cover needs clean and used in upstairs bar. --cover was hooked up as to not be used.

Observation: various foods that are not in suitable condition. Refigerators and freezers need cleaned out and all unmarked, undated foods thrown out.
- Frozen PHF/TCS foods are properly slacked and thawed
Observation:
- Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
Observation: kitchen is not very clean on floor and under and around equipment.
- Discarding or reconditioning unsafe, adulterated, or contaminated food
Observation: clean out all undated, unlabeled foods in freezers and refrigerators.
