Observation: Breading used for coating chicken was dumped into container, used, and left out of refrigeration. Employee voluntarily discarded breading.

Observation: Date marks missing from sauce, cheese, pizza sausage in small walk in cooler. Employee placed dates on items.

Observation: No hand soap provided at bar sink.

Observation: Inside of microwave in kitchen has excess debris.
- Using a handwashing sink- operation and maintenance
Observation: Hand wash sink in kitchen and bar have evidence of dumping (sauce and ice respectively in sinks).
