    The presence of insects rodents, and other pests are controlled as required
  • equipment food contact surfaces and utensils clean to sight and touch.
    Observation: The following need additional cleaning - interior of front reach-in, interior of white freezer, prep counter where clean cups are stored, three compartment sink, containers in three compartment sink used to wash dishes in.
  • Equipment and utensils are adequately rinsed after washing
    Observation: When using a three compartment sink rinse in between washing and sanitizing
  • Plumbing system maintained in good repair
    Observation: The leak at the three compartment sink faucet needs repair - it is leaking badly.
  • Eating, drinking, or using tobacco
    Observation: Employee observed eating in kitchen. There shall be no eating in kitchen.
  • Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean
    Observation: The shelf under the clean dishes in the back needs additional cleaning.
  • Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
    Observation: Clean floors in kitchen of mice droppings.
