There was no floor/wall juncture near the handsink and vegetable washing sink. In the walk-in cooler, there were areas in bad repair and areas where it was not sealed properly.

The fans guards/ceiling/walls in the walk-in cooler were dusty. There was a steady water drip from the walk-in cooler ceiling.- Owner was aware of this problem and planned on fixing it soon.
