    Observation: Croissants stored directly under fly trap - picture attached.

    Observation: Food handler eating in the kitchen.

    Observation: Using cardboard to store utensils.

    Observation: Large container of shredded cheese at 56 degrees. Sliced deli ham sitting out at 74 degrees. Employee states that it was sitting on top of oven to thaw in the morning. Discarded at time of inspection.
