Observation:Person-in-Charge has been through the ServSafe training, but did so in 1996 and has not renewed. Inspector discussed the time frame for taking the class.

Observation:Scoops without handles were being used in bins of flour, cheese, sausage and various donut topping containers.

Observation:Handsink in the back of the facility did not have paper towels available. Paper towels were found during the inspection.

Observation: two containers of flour like substance and one spray bottle of a water like substance working containers not labelled. Containers were labelled at time of inspection.
