    Observation: The floors in kitchen and floor drains need to be cleaned regularly. Floors especially in drive up window and the Icee Machine. Also, clean the floor of walk in cooler and freezer

    Observation: At the time of the inspection boxes of sausage patties and biscuits was on the floor of the walk in freezer. All items must be stored at least 6" off of the floor.
