Observation:Several trays of fried cooked chicken out at 80-90f, product was put in plastic tubs and placed in walk-in cooler, other tubs of chicken were stacked higher than 4 inches

Observation:kitchen handsink blocked by trash cans-corrected during inspection
- Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
Observation:walk-in cooler raw beef stored over vegetables-vegetables were moved during inspection
- Ambient air and water temperature measuring devices are accurate to ±1.5°C or ±3°F and are designed to be easily readable
Observation:Coolers need accurate/visible thermometers
