    Observation:Knife and scraper in the kitchen had duct tape on the handles
  • Indoor and outdoor surfaces
    Observation:One area of the kitchen flooring is in poor repair. It had been repaired but additional repair needs to be completed to make the area easily cleanable.
  • Single-service and single-use articles are constructed of safe materials that do not allow the migration of deleterious substances
    Observation:Pancake batter was being stored in a container labeled for Tile Adhesive. Batter was discarded immediately and single-service container use was discussed.

    Observation:The container that the ice scoop was being stored in at the ice machine was soiled
  • Sewage disposed of according to law
    Observation:Leak under the 3-compartment sink in the basement.
