    Observation:Raw Chicken stored above raw beef and pork. Removed to correct

    Observation:Kitchen in poor hygienic condition, residue on the cook area, inside coolers, floors on ware washing area in poor condition. Cross contamination violations found today.

    Observation:Floors in the ware washing area in poor condition, floors and cook area in poor condition

    Observation:Cooked corn beef stored below raw meat, (reach in cooler on cooking side) Removed to correct.
  • Ventilation hood system and filters designed to be cleanable, prevent dripping, and are adequate to prevent grease or condensation from collecting on walls and ceilings
