    Observation: Ice bin in upstairs bar area had soda gun hose sitting directly in the ice.

    Observation: clean pots and pans in kitchen were not stored in a self draining position. Dishwasher corrected by inverting dishes
  • Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration
    Observation: No test kit avaible for quat ammonia sanitizer

    Observation: No hand soap available in downstairs bar or kitchenette area.
  • Material characteristics of non-food contact surfaces
    Observation: Beer cooler in basement bar area had foam blocks at the bottom to lift up the bottles.
  • Physical facilities maintained clean: Cleaning frequency, restrictions, and methods
    Observation: Drain underneath sink in basement bar area had debris build up, and one of the drain lines had been dislocated to not drain into the drain.
