Description: Kelly McCarthy’s tagline is “where something good is always cooking,” and she couldn’t have found a better one for her little restaurant in downtown Winsted. She serves some amazing French toast and omelets, and the lunch wraps are always fresh and delicious. The bakery at Kelly’s makes pastries and breads that they use for their sandwiches, as well as their own pie crusts (with new and inventive pies each day). Kelly’s also serves dinner, but this is really a breakfast and lunch place. Of course, some people like breakfast food all day (available here, of course), and who can blame them?
