  • Basic - Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Dish area.
  • Basic - No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. At front counter.
  • High Priority - Potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above. Refried beans, rice, black beans and pinto beans in steam table at 122-131?F, corrective action reheated to 165?F. Manager stated they had just changed pans.
  • High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/with ready-to-eat food in reach-in freezer y not all products commercially packaged. Fish fillets over cooked meats.
  • Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Blocked by sanitizer buckets sitting on sink, corrective action moved buckets.
  • Intermediate - No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR's contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Manager stated that employees working have not been hired for more than 60 days.
