Must submit plans, plan review application and payment for plan review to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 1940 N Monroe St, Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days. Plans received by plan review but do not reflect current operation. Plans do not reflect steam table that is in establishment. Steam table does not have an effect sneeze guard. Plan shows a hand sink and dish machine in dish area. Plan shows an extended hood with cooking equipment below, however there is a short hood with a hot plate and 2 crock pots. Operator states that hand sink will be installed by the end of today.
