  • Critical. Observed potentially hazardous food thawed at room temperature-three bags, beef, pork and chicken thawing in 3 bin sink. Advised thawing under running water-also advised if raw, thawing at different time to avoid cross contamination.

  • Observed ripped/worn tin foil used as shelf cover. Small tqble by steam table.
  • Observed cutting board grooved/pitted and no longer cleanable.
