Palm Springs Swim Center

The Palm Springs Swim Center is located at 405 S. Pavilion Way within the Sunrise Plaza complex next to the Leisure Center. The Swim Center features an Olympic size swimming pool. The center is open year round.

The Palm Springs Swim Center is open to the public 7 days a week for lap swimming and recreational swimming. There is an admission fee of $3.50 for adults and $2.50 for children between the ages of 4-12.

Besides lap and recreation swimming the Palm Springs Swim Center offers an aquatic exercise program, which is conducted by a certified trainer. The class features exercises designed to improve range of motion, muscle strength, and promote energy. There is also a cardiovascular segment to the class. Participants must be able to conduct at least 15 minutes worth of light cardio movement without shortness of breath to participate in the class. The Class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00am 12:00 p.m. with a $3 charge per session.

For people wanting to learn to swim or increase their skill level, the swim center offers a variety of Swim Classes for children and adults. All classes are taught by certified instructors and range from beginning to advanced.
