Marriott's Shadow Ridge

Marriott's Shadow Ridge is actually two resorts in one. The division known as Marriott's Shadow Ridge I - The Villages features 848 elegantly appointed one- and two-bedroom villas on three floors near Rancho Mirage. Each unit can accommodate up to eight guests and includes open living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a master suite with an oversized soaking tub, and a private balcony or terrace.

The division known as Marriott's Shadow Ridge II - The Enclaves has 940 one- and two-bedroom villas that overlook the fairways and lakes that dominate the surrounding landscape. These units also have a capacity for up to eight guests, and they each come with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate living/dining area, a private balcony/patio, and a washer/dryer.

The centerpiece of both divisions is the challenging Shadow Ridge Golf Course. Other facilities here include public whirlpools, the Chuckwalla Pool with its waterslide, a fitness center, two meeting rooms in each division, tennis courts, and a jogging/fitness trail. There are also four restaurants: Nick Faldo's Bar & Grill and Chuckwalla Pool Bar & Grille, both serving American cuisine; the Marketplace for daylong dining; and the Bunker at Shadow Ridge for salads, quick snacks, and sandwiches.

Marriott's Shadow Ridge is located in the Coachella Valley at 9003 Shadow Ridge Road, Palm Desert, California 92211. Guest parking on-site is complimentary. Pets are not allowed, other than service animals for persons with disabilities.
