The resort is the largest all suite resort in Lake Tahoe and features 237 king suites, 106 two queen bed suites, 21 premium king suites, 11 premium two queen bed suites, 6 conference suites, 4 Lakeview suites, 1 Stateline suite featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and 14 suites for people with disabilities. Every suite at the resort offers a living room with a sofa bed, arm chair, and dining area with table. All reservations include a complimentary cooked to order breakfast and an evening cocktail reception for those 21 years and older.

The Embassy Suites Lake Tahoe Resort has several amenities that enhance their guests stay. These amenities include complimentary breakfast, heated indoor pool, Whirpool tub, sauna, fitness center, outdoor sundeck, ski/snowboard shop, three garden atriums, and a full service restaurant and lounge.
