Annenberg Community Beach House

The Annenberg Community Beach House is five acres of property located in Santa Monica, California. It showcases elements of the historic Marion Davies Estate along with other activities to create a unique community destination that is open to all members of the public.

There are many activities available for visitors to participate in; they can relax by the pool which features fish tiles that have been restored by hand and marble around the deck. The pool house features changing areas, lockers and a second floor viewing deck which provides view of Santa Monica Bay.

Many classes are held at the Beach house during the summer, these include Yoga sessions for children and adults, synchronized swimming classes and volleyball classes.

Visitors can work out at the Sand and Sea Fitness Room with state of the art cardio and weight equipment or enjoy a game of Beach Soccer of the FIFA Beach Soccer Regulation-size fields. For more relaxing options visitors can enjoy breakfast or lunch at Back on the Beach Café or view the works of art at the Event House Gallery.

The Marion Davies Guest House was originally used as a holiday home for Marion and her family. Visitors are welcome to tour the house which has been fully restored or they can host an event at the house. Events can be held in one of the many rooms such as the Parlor and Dining Room on the first floor, the Guest House Garden, the Veranda Room or the Retreat Rooms for breakout sessions. Events can also be held in the Event House or the Pool and Pool House.
