A/C CAME TO A STOP ON ITS MAIN LANDING GEAR & BOTTOM OF FUSELAGE JUST AFT OF NOSE. DEER ACCESS TO ARPT WILL CONTINUE UNTIL PERIMETER FENCE AND GATE SYSTEM CAN BE COMPLETED.
