I've never been to Madrid, but Mexico City is very chaotic, too much so for me.


It's also at very high altitude, and will take weeks to acclimatize to.

Is this really true? I thought Madrid was the "capital" of the Latin world. All the banks and large corporations headquarters' that operate in South and Central America seems to be located in Madrid.
