First look at a map
Second Eastborough is the main thouroughfare to the mall so its a pita bc cars try to speed thru yet EB is ticket crazy.
Its like Alabama dropped in the middle of Schaumburg
If you like old big homes move to College Hill. Much nicer, more to do, better neighbors, easier to get around

Its a national problem

Investment firms like Blackrock have been buying up real estate bc they fear the Bear and have bet that national Real Estate is the best long term investment

Good Luck!

Yes, it is a national problem. In my neighborhood, houses have been going from For Sale to Pending Sale almost as soon as the sign is placed; often before the home is posted on the web page.

How many Eastboroughans have you known? My roommate's folks owned the last house on E. Douglas.

I dated the daughter of the owners of Williams' Hardware; 2 story brick.

Olive Ann Beech's house always had BLUE Xmas lights. My Dad was a 45-year Beechcrafter. He had a tale about the plant guards being tasked with finding blue TP for her plant throne.

In the day, my retired parents, aunt & uncle were stopped in Eastborough in their '68 Olds Cutlass for driving under suspicion.
