My Niece is getting married in a few weekends. Her fiance has two girls, 7 and 9. They live permanently with them.
I thought it would be nice if they also got some kind of wedding gift to make them feel special. Any ideas on what you would get a 7 and 9 year old girl? I'm not good at the gift thing. Looking at $50 or less each.
I would check with your niece first to see if they're giving the girls anything. I've often seen necklaces/charms as gifts but that's usually from the parent/stepparent to the children so I wouldn't want to overstep.
Why do people think it should be something to do with the wedding? The gifts for the 2 getting married can be something useful so why not for the girls? Buy something any girl those ages would like.
I'm a girly girl through and through, AND a sentimental girly girl. I still have some jewelry from when I was a kid. I like the idea of charm. And maybe a sterling silver chain (bracelet or necklace) for the charm.
