Then you don't know Charles County, not all million dollar home must be in sub divisions. If that's what you want you need to look at Swan Point, as well as Bryantown, Hughesville , LaPlata, White Plains to name a few and another difference is property, bigger lots in Chuck County.

PG also have what? 800k more people? Out of those, like ~500k more African-Americans? (Charles County is around 80k-100k, PG is around 575k in 2020 and probably went up since then). Of course there are way more black millionaires in PG County compare to Charles.

The comparison is like saying "China has more millionaires than USA" (Not sure if it's even true).

Tantallon is not what it was 30 years ago. Old and dumpy these days. Both PG and Charles have become less than desirable, awful schools, awful crime.

The typical household in Charles — a former tobacco-growing county that stretches south from Prince George’s to the broad tidal Potomac — pulls in $104,000 a year, easily outstripping the median income of $86,000 in Prince George’s and the national median of $65,000. And many indicators suggest that Charles became majority-Black during the pandemic, if not earlier.”

“The number of Black households earning $200,000 or more a year in Charles County quadrupled between 2009 and 2020, according to a Washington Post analysis of ACS data. It was by far the fastest-growing group of Black earners in the county over that time. As with Prince George’s, county incomes in Charles rose as the Black population expanded.”

“Where is the new epicenter of the area’s substantial Black middle class? In a word: Waldorf. The forested commuter haven has grown faster than anywhere else in Maryland over the past 30 years. In 1990, about 15,000 people lived there, 82 percent of them White. By 2020, more than 81,000 people lived there, 64 percent of them Black.”
They work mostly in D.C., explains it all.

As was pointed out PG County has around 800,000 more people and you and I have disagreed on Charles County before. Let's not mistake all of Charles County for Waldorf where 70% of all the trouble is(and most of that is from PG County). Make no mistake I am not arguing with you a out crime or schools in Charles County but again much of that is PG County moving south.

Even Calvert gets a lot of bleed over crime down the Robber's Highway.

A recent group of sentences. Note where they're from:

Stolen car stop:

These are just the two I remembered quickly, there are more. Likely half the people arrested for serious crimes in Calvert are from elsewhere.

Loitering and public drunkenness are usually home town.

Totally off. PG is much better crime, wealth and amenities wise than 30 years ago. Tantallon is still an upper class enclave with water properties going for millions
