Out of curiosity wondering if Front Royal is seeing bedroom community attention given its relative proximity to the Dulles Tech area along with much more favorable housing costs..??

Yes it is. I work in the data centers nearby Dulles and I have noticed a few coworkers looking at properties in the area with many already living in that area.

I drove a school bus for two years in Manassas. We had some Front Royal residents..that was 15 years+ ago. The joke was that Manassas was like Paris (France) compared to Front Royal. Marshall makes more sense.

I mean Front Royal isn’t a bad town. Marshall is also a lot more expensive than Front Royal, so to many it doesn’t make more sense. I don’t view Manassas as a superior town to Front Royal, I guess for some it is. Different strokes for different folks.
