There's a series on the National Geographic Channel (their programming is less pseudoscience than others) called UFOs: Investigating the Unknown.
It first aired in January 2023, but you can still see the older versions this coming Monday, February 20 starting at 7:00 Eastern when 4 older programs will be shown. I don't know if there will be newer episodes shown.
I just watched the first one, called "Secret Pentagon Program" which was about the Pentagon program and the New York Times expose´.
