I am trying to find any thread that suggest a good brand supplement for Vitamin D and Iron. I wasn't able to find any so I am creating this thread in hopes to get some suggestion.
I want a clean ingredients and natural. I heard that there's a yeast powder that you can buy for Vitamin D.
Any suggestions? Also have anyone tried this personalized vitamin packs that you can order off online such as ( ex persona, hum etc )
Instead of supplement brands, what may matter more are the specific formulations of iron and Vit D based on what your specific needs happen to be. Do you actually have a deficiency or iron/vit D sensitive health conditions? Some formulations may address those better than others. I tend to avoid dotcom links because I know they're trying to sell me something and they're going to suggest theirs is best. Educate yourself about how those supplements work overall. Non commercial information sources like these may provide more baseline nutritional information you can use to evaluate and choose brands:

Yes I am anemic and vitamin d I am just really low.
Sounds like you need to discuss what the best supplement formulation might be with your doctor. If you don't choose the right formulations all you'd probably do is flush them down the toilet.

my doctor just said get any over the counter supplements
Remember to get your blood work regularly done, especially if taking Iron supplements daily. You don't want to get hemochromatosis.
Vit D is best absorbed through a diet high in fat, such as fatty fishes. So if getting supplements, get them in oil. There are also droppers out there, but best avoid because it's easy to overdue. D3 is fat soluble, so it will take some time to show up in your blood work, and you could overdue it eventually.
Exercise and getting plenty of fresh air and sunlight can boost Vit D levels but maybe hard this time of the year depending on where you live.
As vitamin D is known as "the sunshine vitamin", (and yes, I'm deficient) and taking prescribed supplements, would a tanning bed be of any help?
Asking because the health club I joined offers this.
There's not much opportunity for natural sunlight in New Hampshire this time of the year.
Those beds emit mostly UVA, and it's believed you need UVB to create Vit D.
