Default Go! St. Louis Family Fitness Weekend

The 2008 GO! St. Louis® Family Fitness Weekend will be held April 5 - 6, 2008. The event will feature fitness for all age groups and skill levels with seven different races.

In addition to the weekend fitness events, a two-day health & fitness expo will be held at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront (formerly Adam's Mark Hotel) and the annual pasta party will be held at the Old Post Office in downtown St. Louis.

Participants from 43 states and seven countries are expected to take part in the two day event.

GO! St. Louis is a non-profit organization that encourages individuals and families in the region to adopt a healthy lifestyle by getting fit, staying active, and eating a nutritional diet year round.

I believe it is only its 2nd year. Not positive on that though. It's desperately needed in Stl though.
