Anyone know how to add a new user in WordPress? (advance, screenshot)

Hi

I successfully added a new user for my WPress website, but he is listed as a subscriber; I would like to change that to admin. I don't see anything to click on to do that - anyone know how?

"Subscriber" is the default user.
Open the "Role" dropdown and select "Administrator."
