It just surprised me because I was used to seeing him with all the makeup on.

A good friend of ours lived accross the street from TLJ on Elizabeth Rd., said he never saw the guy "walking" the streets, EVER!!! Maybe you got him mixed up some other baseball cap, sunglass wearing pock mark face person!!! As you said: "He is very imposing and a pocked mark face beyond all recognition."

.., he just used to scare the hell out of me when I would occassionaly walk by him in the neighborhood.., baseball cap, sunglasses and all. He is very imposing and a pocked mark face beyond all recognition.
