I'll start off by being defensive. If you are going to criticize people that take meds like Zepbound and Wegovy as being lazy and gluttons, don't bother. I eat less than most fit people I know and I do high intensity weights and cardio 6 times a week. My cardiologist says I'm a very fit obese guy. I simply cannot lose weight without medical intervention.

Your condition is actually quite common so nobody should be harping on it if they understood.
Can't help you on locating the med but being so close to Mexico have you looked into crossing the border for it? I've heard there are very reputable pharmacies that cater to Americans doing that.
