Excuse was she 'misspoke' and regrets the comment. She probably regrets getting called out on it.

Assuming the kids go to school and associate with neighboring kids (regardless of race), I'd be willing to bet that those kids in Harlem, and other black communities across the country, know more about computers than she does. School systems issue computers of some form to the students (tablet, laptop). Nowadays it seems to be an innate ability of youngsters. A few weeks ago, my 10-year old grandson was teaching me some of the more obscure features of my Apple Watch.
