Places that are $500k or more are going to have RE taxes over $5k annually, aren’t they?

The Cleveland Clinic is one of the highest rated hospitals in the US. Higher than Georgetown and Inova FFX.

The public schools are all 9s, which puts it ahead of West Springfield and even TJ.

But the second bedroom was for occasional guests (from earlier posts). How involved are things if everyone is using same bedroom?

I hope they enjoy the heck out of it. That almost got us to drive the 100 miles to take a look. Was a breath of fresh air after looking for locations that good in Nova. Sorry to hear about the carjackings in DC...

Arlington updates assessments to perceived FMV annually, and while some property owners seem to escape accurate FMV assessments, many don't.

I found something close on monthly cost criteria (slightly higher HOA) but well under sales budget in Reston. Walking distance to Trader Joe's, Reston Town Center and the Reston Hospital Center.
