Thanks for posting these. I always read them. Once again I have lost an entire summer. Is anything open over Thanksgiving? Tried Saranac Waterfront Lodge, but I don't think they're open or I can't book this far in advance. Last year I went to Mystic which was fun.

I'm not sure, but from what I see online, it looks like rates go up quite a bit over that time period.

No doubt. I'm keeping it in mind though. Weather might be a factor that far north. Too much snow will be hard for my little Jetta to handle.

I have "all weather" tires but I also lease this car so a little wary of driving in potentially challenging weather. I'll check it out though, thanks.
