If so which spots are best? If not, why? What say you?

Years ago a company I worked for would buy it for us. I think it was located on 36th and 8th, but that place is no more (now a T-Mobile store). I was a college student at the time so I would eat it. It actually wasn't bad. Wouldn't eat it now. I prefer organic and GMO free as much as possible, so I usually order from Neapolitan Pizza (organic or GMO free ingredients, some directly from Italy!). Given how high rents have gone up, I'm shocked that they still exist. I too am curious as to where they are now.

You know what's crazy? Each dollar slice I've ever had tasted way better than the over priced pieces of garbage "pizza" I've had. Tribeca has some of the worst pizza shops in NY yet they charge an arm and a leg.

There's a place in bedstuy near Nostrand avenue that has some good slices and one in downtown brooklyn near Dekalb avenue. There's a decent place in East Harlem too right by 125/Lex but there's so many homeless people outside begging it isn't even worth it.

Yes, I do because it's ****ing cheap as **** and also makes for good late-night drunk food.
2 Bros and Percy's are pretty good. Or basically any in The Village or the greater area around there and EV

I used to - but lately I'm disgusted with them.

Most of them, like the 2 Brothers, have a dozen or more pizzas, sitting there, getting cold. They just warm it up, piece by piece. If you want one fresh, right out of the oven, they flatly refuse, very hostilely.

I usually DON'T do it. Recently I had 2 slices from Fresh Pizza in times square, and it was decent. I'm one who wholeheartedly believes that Bens in Soho, Rays sh** any one, Milano's & Patsys in East Harlem, Golden Pizza up in the South Bronx and the premium priced slices are way better

The corner of Chambers and Church is the best pizza in Tribeca. If I'm not hitting up the dollar spots, thats where I go.

Only if I have to. The dollar slice joints in my neighborhood (east harlem) are just awful, at least the ones I've been to. You can get a slice which is twice as big, and 3x as good, for 3-3.50 at places like New Yorkers (which used to be Yankees, which sucked, but it's surprisingly good now), Patsys, Sam's...
