The parks comments is funny as well. Riverparks, Mohawk Park, Turkey Mountain Urban Wilderness Area, Woodward Park, Guthrie Green and the Tulsa Botanical Gardens would stack up against the parks in any city. And that's not taking into consideration of Tulsa's new half billion dollar Gathering Place which last year was awarded as the best city park in the United States.
And Tulsa isn't devoid of museums either.

These are two towns that are a lot more alike than different. Seems like the main thing Omaha has over Tulsa is their zoo being so strong. But Tulsa's isn't bad and being in a giant sized park like Mohawk park allows you to do other things besides see the zoo while you are out at Mohawk.

In defense of places like Nebraska, if you have already done some youthful wandering and are ready to build a career, it's not a bad place.

The main issue with Nebraska is the horrible climate, too much wind, and not enough water and trees.

Omaha is filled with trees, parks, and rolling hills. It's beautiful.
