If you mean scenes I like to watch, there are several movies. Sorry I don't have clips.I'll mention two:
Several of the panorama shots in Lawrence of Arabia, but especially the scene in which Omar Shariff rides slowly out of the heat mist.
The other is perhaps a bit odd. The film is"The American President" with Michael Douglas and Annette Bening. There is a scene in which they are dancing. In that particular scene I think Annette looks quite ravishing, in a very ordinary way, with apparently little Hollywood artifice. (I realise the reality is probably different) It appeals to the Romantic in me. That is rare these days, so I cherish it when it comes along.
