Excluding terrible rotting (dying) Saint Louis city and slovenly county and probably Kansas City, what areas of MO-state are best (safest, harassment free) for those terrorized by organized (gang) stalking?

WY and MO-state have nearly the same gun laws. I have had to 'stand my ground' in violent incursions in St. Louis city sometime ago.

Since stupidly returning, every residence has fleas in a person-made fleas infestation.

Suggestions, please?

Thank you.

Hmm.

Never felt threatened anywhere in Missouri. We even lived in Kansas City for several years.
I have driven through a couple neighborhoods there and in St. Louis that I don’t care to ever see again.
Like anywhere else, just don’t go looking for trouble and you’re less likely to find it.

Rules for most cities are the same...

Do not join a gang.
Do not leave your property unsecured.
Do not ignore warning signs among friends, acquaintances, and even relatives.
Do not go where you do not feel welcome or comfortable.
Do not use street drugs.
Do not conspicuously flash money or wealth.
Do not "hang out" with unfamiliar people or places.

Most crime is property crime and small time criminals are opportunists.
----Don't provide opportunities for crime.
Be cautious with relationships, friendships, and acquaintances.
----Most violent crime victims know their attacker.
Be a skeptic
----if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
Be a good neighbor
--- know your neighborhood, who belongs, and when something looks wrong.
Don't be a dead hero
----don't confront or threaten -- call the police.

Use common sense.

Things have degraded rapidly in KC and StL in the past 18 months, maybe even since Thug Brown met his fate. I know there are at least a couple areas in St Louis where the gangs feel like they are in charge, and the police don't dispute that, thanks to Kim Gardner.

That said, the OP did mention "excluding" St Louis and Kansas City.
There is at least one area of Springfield and maybe one in Nixa that you might want to avoid.
The one in Springfield is near "Battlefield." I see that name in the crime beat news all the time.

Missouri is a big place. I am sure there are other lesser known trouble spots.

Probably the name, Battlefield stuck out, named after a significant Civil War Era incident. Springfield, unfortunately does not have any, "bad neighborhoods" that can be easily delineated like STL or KC but is commonly referred to as more of a patchwork of good and bad, literally by block.

Anywhere but STL & KC... Most of the state is all about, "mind your own business and I'll mind mine."

I think someone could get into trouble almost anywhere if they look for it or don’t pay attention or make bad choices of friends or behaviors. When I traveled the state on my job I was more cautious out in some of the remote areas than in the cities.

If that is the case, it is probably one or two specific blocks along Battlefield. I will try to pay closer attention, in the future.

Arrow I deserve a voice!!!

I just found out what à targeted individual was. Thank God, I'm being gangstalked so bad, I feel like there a reality show going on about me that I don't know about. It's a big game to everybody. It shoved me so far down a lonely hole. The people I thought loved me or people I thought I could trust I believe is who started this. I from this point forward will fight for my life, and my rights. This is so illegal yet everyone around me slanders my name, I believe they do things to make people perceive my life in a different light of what the reality is. Trying to change me as a person. So many have lost there life to gangstalking and I was almost one of them. I'm not a bad person. I have evidence of illigal stuff and the police are continuously helping them cover it up. They all tell me I'm going crazy and need to get on even more medicine that I prob didn't need in the 1st place. I bought a camera to protect myself and continue to gather evidence and someone has hacked into that and controls it somehow erasing all the things I'm trying to keep. They steak from me. I could go on all day just not today. The more I try to fight the more harassment and scare tactics they use. I'm ready for anything after going through this hell the past couple years. I deserve to have my voice heard. Please share my story. Until I get justice please respecty rights. Thank you
