I'm OK with either Standard Time or Daylight Saving Time, I just hate the change. Let's just stick to one.

Btw I am originally from Michigan but my husband is from New England and we just moved back to Michigan from Massachusetts. I told him ahead but he's still amazed at the difference between the east side and west side of the time zone (in a good way)

Default Changing time

I would prefer Standard Time all year because it fits my circadian rhythm. Either way, pick one and stop switching.

I hate the dark mornings. I wait so long before the under 8 am sunrises only to return to them when DST returns. I do however love the late summer evenings so I guess there are tradeoffs. I am originally from Southern California and even there, even though it's by the Mexican border, it gets dark around 4 pm in winter. The latitude roughly equates with South Carolina and is on the eastern side of the Pacific Time Zone. The thought of 9 am sunsets is horrific to me but most around here wouldnt mind that for the later evenings. And yes Michigan should be in the Central Time Zone IMHO.
