After 2 hours straight vibrating on Hemi-sync meditations I thought of an easier and better way to back up my files. Meditating during the day for me is much different than before sleeping in bed. Saving me hours of backing up 55GBs of data and now it's just backing up 1GB, **** was finished in 10 mins.

Someone wrote to me in private about struggling to meditate. Here is a 15 min guided meditation. The voice in the recording is of a nun. It's better to start with guided meditations in the beginning. And in time to meditate in silence, without any distractions.

This meditation is free, one doesn't have to pay anything to listen to it. You can listen to it anytime, how many times you want.

From time to time, when I feel to stresses, I practice meditation. I can't say that I have some insights, or enlightenment, but I just feel that stress level reduces.
I want to try "real" meditation, but with someone who is expert in that field

Yes, it is.

Here is another book that I really recommend:
"The Myth of Normal", by Gabor Mate MD. He has many interviews on youtube, and a few books. All good. A very insightful person indeed.

I know that shorter sessions are recommended for them. 10-15 min maximum.
