Illegal aliens are not a protected class like race, sex, disability, etc. By their logic, all Hispanics are illegal and the only type of illegal alien is a Hispanic one, which is just ludicrous. The family of the suspended student needs to sue.
Anyone who takes offense is a psycho and the one who needs to be suspended.

Or deported.

Damn, they MUST BE ILLEGAL ALIENS and the school is wrong.

The parents of the student suspended should sue the school system and make a huge media splash by going to the state board of education https://www.dpi.nc.gov/ to bring this more notice. The insanity needs to be exposed and the student challenging to fight afterward and his family should be charged with creating an environment nonconduvie to providing an education. The behavior (cowtowing to emotionally disabled) needs to stop.

This is the part where the parents sue the school.

If they truly believe in what they are doing, they can explain it to a judge. No?

Education him would have been better. This just creates bitterness.

What, exactly, does he need to be "educationed" about?

Enforce immigration law and repeal birthright citizenship to get rid of bitterness in our country.

Educate the suspended student about what? He merely wanted clarity from the teacher what kind of alien they were talking about. Why would an Hispanic student be offended or be bitter by the lawful term of illegal alien to describe those in our country illegally? If that Hispanic student is here legally then why would they be offended? It wasn't about him!
