Carmelo Cruz Lopez, 28 was arrested and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and felony possession of methamphetamine. His bond was set at $2,000.
Officials said Lopez was released to I.C.E. custody on Monday. Jail records show Lopez has been deported before.

The man accused of shooting three D.C. police officers leading to an hours-long standoff is in the U.S. illegally, according to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
