Yes, I do have (blissful) times when I barely notice it, but like right now it is night time, I am tired and it is blasting away. Being sick, allergic or in any kind of pain always makes it worse. I am one of those people with sleep issues (hard to fall asleep or stay asleep) and I like to put on a CD of very relaxing music like Native American flutes at a low volume to take my attention off the ringing and help me go to sleep.
I listen to videos of rain sounds, and that takes my attention off the ringing too, blends right in. The flutes sound like a good idea too.
