I'll just use my sound machine on bad nights.
I use a fan at night year round.

I have a friend that had vertigo and ringing in the ears. She got some Bio-Ear. You can buy it on the net by just googling for it. I am not sure if it is sold in health food stores. Instead of reading the directions she put two drops in her ears a day. It went away. It was created for tinnitis (spelling could be wrong). Then she suggested a friend try it for his ringing in his ears, but it didn't work for him.

ironically i got my ringing in the left ear after a car accident & the air bag exploded mostly to my left side. At the time I also had hearing loss which took several weeks to return but the low ringing continues after 6 years.

My sister got it from having her ears cleaned by a doctor. She won't try Bio-ear though.

I've lived with it since I remember. It doesn't really bother me.

I was recently diagnosed with Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss, the hearing in my left ear comes and goes, mostly goes and now I have roaring sound, the doctor said lay off the salt. There is no known cause or cure for this. I'm going to get a second opinion.

Default buzzing in ear

Hello,
I have it pretty bad. I am on blood pressure meds and I am going to my nephrologist on Tuesday and going to mention it. It is worse now at night. I get the heart beat in left ear.
Email me any time.
