People keep saying stay hydrated, eat fruits and vegetables but we are suppose to do that either way whether you are sick or not. I do take a multi vitamin supplement as well as high dose of Fish Oil.

Yes, that's true. But, I think if you have a fever you might need more hydration than normal. Plus, drinking a ton extra (if you are mindful to add electrolytes back) can flush out your system (like an oil change - LOL).
It sounds like you are doing well. You DO need to tamp down the anxiety, that is not good for your health.
Just rest, eat healthy, and monitor your vitals.

Yes. And after I had covid, my cardiologist wanted to do extra tests because they found a fair number of people in their practice who had had covid had heart changes that were problematic. That doesn't happen when one has "a cold".
