Benzalkonium chloride vs triclocarban/triclosan (cause, area, better, time)

Between benzalkonium chloride and triclosan/triclocarban, which of the two will do a much better job at killing germs, bacteria, ect... if we wanted to wash out bottom area after a bowel movement?
While my first impression is that we're dealing with serious OCD, we'll allow for the possibility that it could be a situation of an open wound or recurrent folliculitis that motivates the question....
...because we can't achieve sterilization of the area for more than a few seconds to minutes, we can only hope to slow down the time it takes to re-colonize the skin. Just use soap containing hexachlorophene.
