When laying down and intermittently I have pain in the right little toe. No where else on that foot. When the pain decreases I can wiggle the toes with no pain. The first time it happened I wiggled the toe with my fingers and it was quite sore. I guessed the toe was broken but did not recall any drops on the toe or bumping the toe. Not broken. It's like there is one nerve to that toe. There is a callus nearby but I have not connected the two together.
Anyone similar? Thanks
In the absence of numbness and/or tingling it may be premature to blame a 'nerve' for the pain. May be a joint inflammation issue, poorly fitting shoes, Tailor's bunion, or some other cause. If it is bothering you quite a bit schedule an appointment with a podiatrist.
It also helps if you offer more info such as age, duration of symptoms, etc.
Symptoms are much too vague to guess. Talk with a podiatrist/orthopedist. They can do a focused physical exam and have access to diagnostics that can rule out more obvious causes.
I have a sciatic nerve issue but only on the left side. The symptoms fit with pain down the back of the leg.
