What have others experienced on how soon can see clearly ?

That happened to my husband after his cataract surgery. He's always reacted to surgical or traumatic "insults" with a bit higher inflammatory response than many other people have, and the cataract surgeon said his cataracts were thick and took some doing to remove ( my husband had waited for two years longer than he should have to get the surgery). They gave him some extra prednisone eyedrops and another NSAID drop, and he noticed his vision improved daily. I think it took maybe a week before he said his vision was clear, and it has been since then. He had similar issues with the second eye, but not as much, and his vision cleared in a few days.
